Why Should YOU Attend?

As noted by a prominent, US-based literacy foundation, “literacy is the key to solving everything (including healthcare, poverty, crime rates, and unemployment.” Many US-based churches serve in communities (both rural and urban) where illiteracy really is a driving force behind the rising rates of poverty, crime, violence and other socio-economic ills.  The creation of GED ministries within US-based churches is not only an excellent way to encourage domestic missions, but it is a common sense approach to community outreach and development.

The 2022 GED Ministry Conference: How to Run an Effective Adult Literacy Program offers faith leaders the opportunity to connect virtually with other ministries across the nation working to launch or sustain structured ABE/GED ministries  that help low-literate adult learners enhance their literacy skills and workforce development options.  This conference also offers faith leaders, who may not want to start a GED ministry at their own church, the opportunity to adopt another church's GED ministry as its domestic missions outreach.

Who Else Should Attend  The 2022 Virtual GED Ministry Conference?

Missionaries, pastors, apostles, bishops, priests, elders, ministers, trustees, nuns, deacons, evangelists, church members, educators, ABE/GED instructors, ABE/GED administrators, adult literacy tutors, GED graduates, adult education professionals, funders, business owners, college students - anyone interested in starting or helping to sustain a US-based, GED ministry.
